Shipping Policy

We ship using UPS. Most orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days. Larger sample orders (for instance, if you want to stock up on samples of our entire line) can take a bit longer - up to two weeks for processing. Remember - please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order, in addition to the time required for shipping.

For personalized tags, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service.

UPS shipping options are as follows and cost depends on quantity of items purchased:

Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email no later than the next business day, which will provide your tracking number and scheduled delivery date. If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish to provide your email address, please feel free to contact us for your tracking number. We do not give away, sell, or rent your personal information including your email address to anyone. Our Privacy Policy is posted.

International Customers

We do ship to Canada and offer UPS WorldEase as an option to reduce your Canadian customers taxes and duties. We also ship to the UK and Australia, but please note we can only ship to these two countries in case quantities. At this time, we cannot ship to any other countries.

Money Order & Check Orders

For money order or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs (if applicable). For offline orders (mail or fax) please print an Fax/Mail Order Form to mail or fax in.
